Emphasis is put on standing postures, instructors say the leg work gets the heart rate up - a key part of power yoga. Power Yoga movements are random so classes are always a bit of a surprise. This class is at Crunch Fitness on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood. Instructor Mercy Malick is a jobbing actor, but she teaches Power Yoga in her spare time.
