Centre Gave Clean Chit to Academic Accused of Plagiarism, Cleared His Appointment As VC

A complainant had written to President Ram Nath Kovind flagging the allegations of plagiarism against Rajneesh Kumar Shukla, who has been appointed as vice-chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya in Maharashtra’s Wardha. Shukla has been accused of copying another academic's thesis and submitting it.
