'Loktantar ke Imtihaan Ki Tayaari': Haryana's First-time Voters Get Message on Admit Cards

For the first time voters in the state, employees who are drawing their salary from the state exchequer would be appealed through SMS about becoming a voter and to exercise their voting rights.
