‘Self-defence’ Theory Was Brought in to Cover up Tigress Avni’s Pre-mediated Killing, Probe Reveals

The probe committee under the centre's NTCA has found a series of inaccuracies and concluded that the ‘self'defence theory’ was brought in to try and obscure the killing of tigress Avni.
