PIL in SC Seeks Anti-harassment Guidelines at Places of Worship, Background Check of Religious Leaders

The fresh petition, filed by advocate Maneesh Pathak, said religious places constitute part of work place as many women are employed there, other than those working on a voluntarily basis.
