Giving details, Narayanpur Superintendent of Police Jitendra Shukla said the 62 Naxals, all lower rung cadres, turned themselves in before Sinha and other senior police and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) officials at the Narayanpur district headquarters.
